What you do
- You are responsible for recruiting IT professionals. Thanks to your enthusiasm, communication skills and perseverance, you ensure a continuous inflow of freelancers based on our clients’ open requests.
- You manage the entire recruitment process and the search and selection of IT freelancers.
- You are persuasive and creative in finding solutions in a dynamic and competitive market.
- You carry out the first screening of candidates and schedule interviews.
- You assess freelancers’ personal and technical skills and match them against our clients’ wishes.
Who you are
- Your enthusiasm rubs off on candidates and you push them to get the most out of themselves.
- You are a strong communicator, work independently and take initiative.
- To reach your goals you draw on your creativity and originality.
What you have
- Experience in selection and recruitment. Experience in IT recruitment is a must.
- Dutch is your mother tongue and you get by well in French and English.
- An affinity with the IT world is a plus.
