- You support our clients in managing servers, workstations and network devices.
- You answer first-line IT questions through our service desk and escalate to senior colleagues where needed.
- You carry out updates, installations and configurations and document your work carefully.
- You grow step by step into independent system administration.
Who you are
- You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
- You are eager to learn, analytical and communicative.
- You have a passion for IT and want to retrain or take your first steps in the field.
What you have
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, an equivalent qualification or a strong motivation to retrain.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and networking.
- A category B driving licence is a plus.
